It's been some time since I had read "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus". I never thought the book was truly the marvel like many claimed it to be. Don't get me wrong, I thought the book was good, and everyone should read it, but it's just that some of the generalizations found in the book were a bit too much from my perspective. The book did, however, have quite a few eye opening points that allowed me to look back at myself and think about my own actions so that I could reflect on them more carefully. The reason why I bring that book up is because I remember that the book talked about how men are problem solvers (I'm paraphrasing here), that men feel good when they can solve a women's problem since they are rewarded by a sense of responsibility. I don't know if that's true for all men, but I certainly feel very good when I can help my partner. It's actually a good feeling to have that kind of a responsbility cuz it lets you know that there's something you can offer to your partner. So, in my eyes, if a Marsian in Dr. Gray's book likes solving problems, and the Venusian is not going to allow him to solve her problem together, then she must do either one of two things:
